-2+ Years of Insulation Installation Experience (All types – you’re the expert!).
-Comfortable in construction environments and using equipment like forklifts.
-Leadership Skills – guide your crew and ensure top-notch safety & quality.
-Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
-OSHA 30, DOT medical card & forklift certification (or ready to get them).
-Ready to work in tough spaces like crawl spaces, attics, and more!
